Gaia Itogon is coming for Itogon Benguet at 1300 meters above sea level, having the varieties of Typica and Bourbon in every bag. These Typica and Bourbon coffees has adapted to the weathers of Itogon, Ampucao and they are considered wilding coffees. Picked ripe by all farmers.

Typica, Bourbon – Anaerobic Washed Process Coffee

Gaia Itogon is coming for Itogon Benguet at 1300 meters above sea level, having the varieties of Typica and Bourbon in every bag. The green beans are anaerobic washed coffee,  processed under the guidance of Michael Harris Conlin, Pilipino and the first semi-finalist at the 2019 WBC Championship in Boston, MA.

Itogon was once a thriving mining area in Benguet, but since the mining has years ago, the local municipal government has turned back to agriculture and coffee to give good sustainable source of income to the locals.

These Typica and Bourbon coffees has adapted to the weathers of Itogon, Ampucao and they are considered wilding coffees. Picked ripe by all farmers.
