Mt Apo Coffee beans are grown in the slopes and plains of Mt. Apo in Davao del Sur, Philippines, processed by the BACOFA farmers cooperative. Varieties are Red Bourbon using Honey Process, they also produce alot of Catimor variety yet intention processing to bring out the test possible taste profile from the varieties they are blessed by the Almighty. Thru the recent years they were being guided by CQI Q Grading protocol and now in Q Processing protocol. The coffees are grown at the height of 1500 to 1700 above sea level.
