It is a specially curated blend from three origins to create a deep blend mainly for espresso. Letting you explore the sweetness of coffee, the vibrant acidity yet having a remarkable body playing on your palate. The flavors are varying from one sip to the next. It is all Arabica blend from Benguet in the Cordilleras, alternatively using Dalat Grade 1 from Vietnam if Benguet is not available, then blended with Colombia Medellin and Brazil Sao Paolo. Expertly roasted. Sold as 500 g pack, best suited for your espresso machine.
Flavors are hints of lime, some sweetness of stone fruits, and berries, definitely a good nutty taste, and chocolate. All we can say is we highly recommend it for starters of exploring espresso.
